Green Card and Citizenship Applications

Immigration Legal Services

Arrive Ministries is a Department of Justice recognized agency that provides immigration legal services to the immigrant community in the Twin Cities. 

Primary legal services for eligible refugees, asylees and other immigrants are the following: 

  • Green card applications (I-485 permanent residence)
  • US citizenship applications (N-400 naturalization)
  • Family-based visas (Affidavit of Relationship (AOR) or P-3 program – a special family sponsorship program for refugees from specific countries)
  • Travel documents and document replacements  (for I-94 and green cards)
  • Work Permits (I-765 employment authorization)

Arrive Ministries works diligently on behalf of refugees and immigrants to provide high-quality services that help them navigate the immigration system. We provide knowledgeable, low-cost immigration services for many different kinds of issues as we seek to serve others with God’s love.

Fees

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) charges fees for each application. In addition, Arrive Ministries charges nominal fees for case preparation and representation. These fees reflect the direct costs of services and are in line with national DOJ guidelines. Please contact us for a list of current fees.

  • Follow-up with United States Customs and Immigration Service (USCIS), National Visa Center (NVC) or U.S. State Department as appropriate

Intake and Eligibility Appointments:

All new immigration clients are required to attend a brief intake for eligibility screening and appointment preparation.

We encourage clients to make an appointment for intake with our attorney or accredited staff in advance.
