Our employment services team helps newly-arrived refugees and other eligible populations overcome barriers and find jobs quickly, with the goal of becoming economically self-sufficient through employment within a few months of arrival. Our team provides quality case management, employment skills training, job connections, family budget planning, and post-employment support.
Our team also provides support as refugees and other populations seek to grow beyond their initial jobs. Employment counselors utilize internal resources and external partners to connect our clients to training opportunities, reskilling options, and job prospects that allow them to take the next steps in growing their careers.
Employment counselors work closely with many employers throughout the Twin Cities metro to match candidates with appropriate jobs, as well as providing expert knowledge and resources to companies on topics like work authorization documentation and best practices for supporting refugees and immigrants in their workplaces.

Securing Employment Documentation
Our immigration representatives can assist eligible refugees and immigrants in filing for an Employment Authorization Document (EAD) with allows immigrants the legal ability to work in the United States.
