In times when unjust laws run contrary to our faith, we remember Queen Esther’s story. When genocide threatened her people, Esther fasted and prayed before she went before the king and begged mercy.
“O my Lord, you only are our king; help me, who am alone and have no helper but you” Esther 4:31
In response to the suspension of the US Refugee Admissions Program, please join us for an evening of story, worship and prayer. As the church, we can approach the throne of God with confidence to intercede for our people: refugees, aliens, and strangers, who bear the image of the Almighty. Together, we cry out for justice!
