“I’ve been working with a client who is extremely talented and credentialed but is also extraordinarily humble. As we started looking for jobs, he expressed a desire to start at an entry level in a restaurant to give him some time to get his feet under him and learn American culture before trying anything big,” said Briana, Arrive Ministries Employment Counselor.
Our guests adore him and our supervisors have nothing but encouraging and great things to say about him.
The restaurant, Chick-fil-A was extremely excited to hire him, and made special arrangements so this man could have a mentor in the store and be ready for further advancement when he was ready. After just two months of working at Chick-fil-A, he was honored as their Team Member of the Month.
“He’s been such a great addition to our team. It was so fun presenting him with the award, he received it so humbly and graciously. Our guests adore him and our supervisors have nothing but encouraging and great things to say about him,” said Brandie, a Chick-fil-A Human Resources team member.
I am so impressed with the care this employer put into the hiring and onboarding process, and how hard this client is working to achieve employee of the month.
